The Kneading Nana ("we", "us") operates this website so customers can order fresh-baked bread. This page explains what information we collect when you place an order or contact us, and how we use it.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (if you choose delivery), and the details of your order. If you message us through the chat widget, we store that conversation so we can respond to you.
We use this information only to fulfill your order, send you email updates about its status, respond to your questions, and — if you chose delivery — to coordinate getting your bread to you.
Your phone number, if provided, is used solely to contact you about your own order (for example, if we need to reach you about a delivery). It is never used to send you marketing messages.
Separately, the site administrator (the bakery owner) may enter her own personal phone number into her password-protected admin dashboard to receive a text message alert whenever a new order is placed. This is a one-way, internal notification to the business owner only — customers are never enrolled in or sent text messages as part of this program.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, and we do not use it for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is only used to run this bakery's ordering process.
